2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or installed smart devices.

    • Clearance or final-sale items.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • We don’t accept exchange

3. How to Start a Return

  • Approval: If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide shipping instructions.

  • Packaging: Please pack the item securely. Using the original packaging is recommended to prevent damage in transit.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return or replacement.


5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item to confirm eligibility.

  • Approval & Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–12 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: Returns missing parts or packaging may qualify for a partial refund.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge if requested before dispatch.

  • After Shipment: Once shipped, the order must go through the return process.


7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Refunds are only processed once the product is returned to us, with shipping costs deducted.
